Scoring 2 touchdowns in the first half, Trae Bunton led the Bears to a 13-0 victory over the Seguin Matadors. Bunton scored from the 1 yard line early in the 1st quarter to give Bastrop a 7-0 lead after Hart McMillan added the extra point. In the 2nd period Bunton scored on a 19 yard pass from Dillon Becker. The half ended with the Bears ahead 13-0. There was no scoring in the 2nd half leaving the Bears with a 13-0 victory. Bunton led rushers with 115 yards on 21 attempts.
