Results to be presented by Envision Central Texas from the Bastrop Future Development Workshop held in April, 2003.

Come and see the vision you and your neighbors helped create for the future of Bastrop!

On April 1st, 2003, dozen's of Bastrop's citizens came together for a hands-on planning workshop to create a vision for the future of undeveloped land on the city's western edge. Hosted by Envision Central Texas and the City of Bastrop, this workshop encouraged participants to share their thoughts on issues like transportation, the local economy, land development and the environment, and formulate plans for how the community could undertake positive change over the next 20-40 years. Planning experts have drawn from this citizen input to craft plans that make sense for your community.

Join us for an upcoming presentation to view the results and learn more about how these ideas may be used to guide future development in Bastrop. This is also a great opportunity to learn more about the Envision Central Texas project and how your involvement can create a lasting, positive impact for your family and your community.
