In a game of 22 penalties and 113 total yards passing by both teams, the Bears came from behind after the first half (10-7) to defeat Bryan Rudder 27-17. In the 1st period, Tre Guyton scored on a 60 yard run to give Rudder a 7-0 lead over the Bears. Bastrop countered with a 60 yard run by Trae Bunton to tie the score 7-7 at the end of the period.
